Allocating at least 1,000,000 pesos, this fund is designed to address the evolving needs of UPHSI. With the guidance of the high school principal, assigned committee members, and the members of the alumni community, appropriation of funds are allocated to various activities, conferences, and other emerging needs of the high school throughout the school year.

To date, a portion of the funds has been utilized through a diverse range of activities, including the UPHSI Open House, Student Council projects, and research conferences in Baguio and Malaysia. Moreover, this added assistance for the Faculty Development Fund for a research paper presentation in Thailand. Other activities that were able to tap into this fund are Pahampang 2024, CAS Week 2024, RCY summer camp, rifles for the UPHSI Colors, food assistance for the Christmas Party, and snacks for enrollment volunteers.
