This project provides health insurance coverage to tenured faculty members and staff of UPHSI, ensuring they have reliable healthcare assistance when needed. A budget of 13,400 pesos per employee each year is allocated to fund the initiative, totaling to around 400,000 pesos annually.

Through Aon’s Benefits Care Program, each member will have a coverage of 175,000 pesos Maximum Benefit Limit (MBL) per illness annually, with regular private room accommodation in major hospitals.
